AFTER LOOKING AT ALL THE SPECS,THE KOHLER IS THE SMALLEST CUI. THE KAW IS 28.1 CUI. AND THE BRIGGS IS 28CUI. OHV FLOWS BETTER THAN A FLAT HEAD. BECAUSE OF FLOW I THINK I WOULD GO WITH THE KOHLER.

Ok thank you very much Grubby. Is there a website i can find all these specs? Thank you for your time. I will start a thread on the Kohler i have a few questions about it so I will move over to the kohlers to ask those questions that way this thread doesnt get any farther off the subject. Thank you again for all the information.

Im still having issues with this starter. I took it off and can turn the armature over by hand but it seems maybe the solenoid is froze up. Is this a normal problem with these starters? Just another quick question. Is it possible for this engine to be a 14hp? I saw one yesterday that was same motor with 14hp rating. thanks
