Am I reading the rules rite? Any engine that is ungoverned this year has to have a billet flywheel. Do use racers have the option of the scatter sheilds again this year? I know the billet flywheel is the safest way to go but we have some guys wanting to run stock ungoverned engines. If running ungoverned engines box stock what class do they fall into. Most of these guys want to run a 12 hp engine.

SORRY, ARMA HAS MADE IT FOR 2012 THAT ALL UNGOVERNED CLASSES MUST USE BILLET FLYWHEELS. EVEN IF THE ENGINE IS BONE STOCK. USLMRA DID THE SAME THING. ONLY THING THEY COULD DO IS INSTALL THE GOV. AND RACE MOD-X-R.(IF THEY DIDNT WANT TO BUY THE FLYWHEEL)

THE BEST WAY TO BUY THE FLYWHEEL IS FIND AN ARC DEALR THAT WILL GIVE IT TO YOU AT COST.

Yes it is!!!! And you can set a reasonable budget and maintain it. You dont need all the expensive motor parts to be competative.
