BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN REPLACING YOUR OLD TSC PULLEYS WITH NEW ONES. THE OLD AND NEW ARE NOT MADE THE SAME. I BOUGHT A NEW 6" PULLEY AND IT WAS DEEPER THAN THE OLD. THIS REALLY MESSED WITH THE 8:1 RATIO. I HAD TO BUY A 7" AND REDIAL IN THE 8:1. WORKS MUCH BETTER NOW.

Grubby you are correct I had the same problem with the depth. Luckly I wasnt runing an 8to1 gear ratio. I get them now from our local farm and ranch store they work great and are not badly priced.

Grubby here is the website I use for my pullies now. I use the weldable ones. But they have alot of other stuff on the site that can be useful on the mowers. I have found u-joint and all kinds of stuff. I hope this all helps. The website is ggmfg.com. I hope this helps.
