Grubby what is your front axle made out of? Is it a moly tube?
1 3/8 MOLY. IVE USED IT FOR YEARS. THIS TIME I WENT WITH A THINNER WALL. THE FRONT SPINDLE BARELS ARE MARKS. GOOD STUFF.

Yea I seen he was selling them on here. I mite have to look into a set of them. I dont remember the price but i believe they are very reasonable. Where do you get the Moly tube at?

I used 1 5/8 x .083
$35 is way to much for 18". For that price you can get a chrome molly piece delivered to your door.
I have a piece of 1x2 with the ends already machined 10*. Ill sell it to you for $15 + shipping.
